The Latin America & the Caribbean Dialogue convenes more than 100 regional leaders to assess the current challenges in the global health architecture, identify priority reforms, and define reform pathways from the region’s perspective. The work is informed by evidence, pre-event interviews, and prioritization exercises to reach consensus on a regional position and an action roadmap aimed at the 2026 decision-making forums.

The program combines plenary sessions, working groups, and digital tools to deliberate, prioritize, and synthesize proposals. Insights from more than 60 interviews are incorporated, and an AI agent provides live context during the discussions.
